Text us at - 646.338.5151 Appointments are scheduled after a brief consultation  by text, email or phone. On  rare occasions, an in-office consultation may be necessary to determine if the client is suitable for the procedure. Appointment times are flexible and structured to accommodate our clients’ busy lives.

In-office consultation

On very rare occasions an in-office consultation is necessary to determine if your skin is too highly pigmented for a safe and effective laser hair removal procedure. A $50.00 deposit is required to secure an appointment time.  Many, if not most times, a submitted and accurate photo of your skin color will allow us to determine if you are a good candidate for laser hair removal. After the in-office consultation, if you decide not to receive a treatment, or you are not a good candidate, no additional fees will be applied. The in-office consultation deposit is non-refundable. The deposit can be paid on the check-out page and will be applied to your final bill.

At Smooth Endings, your appointment is exclusively for you. We promise to see you at your scheduled time — we never double-book the same appointment time slot, and we leave ample time for your procedure.

Due to an increasingly high number of first-time clients who request an appointment but do not show up, we regret that we must ask first-time clients to secure their treatment appointment by leaving a deposit.  Deposits may be applied to your cost of your treatment. Deposits range from $25.00-$450.00, depending on the area(s) you want treated and the time we have to allot for your treatment. Please see the fees listed on the Services and Fees page for detailed costs and deposit information. The deposit can be paid on the check-out page and will be applied to your final bill.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Smooth Endings is committed to providing all clients with plenty of time during their appointment to ask as many questions as they need—or to just make themselves comfortable.  We therefore treat a limited number of clients each day.

This approach, understandably, may result in longer waits for patients to receive an appointment. To help us avoid unnecessary delays, we need to follow a cancellation policy, as described below.

48-HOUR NOTICE - FULL REFUND OF DEPOSIT

24-HOUR NOTICE - 50% REFUND OF DEPOSIT

NO SHOW-SAME DAY CANCELLATION - Non refundable

IN-OFFICE CONSULTATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
