Appointments are scheduled after a brief consultation by text, email or phone. On rare occasions, an in-office consultation may be necessary to determine if the client is suitable for the procedure. Appointment times are flexible and structured to accommodate our clients’ busy lives.
If it is necessary for you to have an in-office consultation to determine if laser hair removal will be a safe and effective procedure, a $75.00 deposit is required to secure an appointment time. Many, if not most times, a submitted and accurate photo of yourself will allow us to determine if you are a good candidate for laser hair removal. After the in-office consultation, if you decide not to receive a treatment, or you are not a good candidate, no additional fees will be applied. The in-office consultation deposit is non-refundable. The deposit can be paid on the check-out page and will be applied to your final bill.
Due to an increasingly high number of first-time clients who request an appointment but do not show up, we regret that we must ask first-time clients to secure their treatment appointment by leaving a deposit. Deposits may be applied to your cost of your treatment. Deposits range from $75.00-$500.00, depending on the area(s) you want treated and the time we have to allot for your treatment.
